December 22, 2023 - I’ve been digging the style of auslese fermented to nearly dry these days, and this one has potential. Way too young at this point though. With the acidity and structure this is a 30 year wine.

September 17, 2023 - Just barely off dry, more like the illusion of sweetness. Explosive tropical fruit, bracing acidity, lots of stone/slate minerality. Complex, long on the finish. Will look for more.

April 16, 2023 - Effectively fully dry. Bold, juicy, minerally, great acid. This is a serious white with an intensity and briskness that borders on aggressive. Give it time to settle.
