April 22, 2024 - Remarkable already and should put on mid-pallet weight with time.

February 28, 2024 - FEBRUARY PHILLY CT DINNER
thanks to Sean for bringing this along. This may be my favorite central coast grenache at the moment. My second chance to taste this. The nose, flavors and finish are just incredible. This is a dense, richly layered, fruit forward - dark, luscious dark cherry, pomegranate and plum fruits layered with pepper, leather, tobacco and cured meats. terrific floral notes and near perfect acidity. I picked up some mint or anise with some additional time in the glass

February 1, 2024 - Much more open than when last tasted in June 2023. But still decanted it for 3 hours. A wonderful — big! — expression of Grenache. Kiss of oak and some cedar notes. Perfumed bouquet. Plush palate. Full bodied. A touch of heat. All balanced. This is still a youngster. Drink 2024 to 2034. Outstanding.

December 17, 2023 - Just outstanding. One of the best new world grenache I've had. In the same league as SQN and Alban.

December 8, 2023 - Opened this last night to celebrate my latest Andremily order (or should I say binge that I can’t tell my husband about??!!).
I did not decant this long enough and we drank it too quickly to get and appreciate all of the usual nuances. The nose is amazing from PnP and you can smell it from across the room. The tannins are smooth and it has a good dose of acid, maybe too much for right now, and way too much alcohol for my palate. I think this is a more delicate vintage of these wines, and as such the sweet red fruit was more subtle than usual and did not cover up the alcohol as it usually does. It will be awhile before my next bottle and I will give it more air and time to follow it. Lots of potential.

I was kicking myself for not taking 4-8oz and hiding it away before we started drinking. I had planned to save some to follow, but this only works if I get to it before my husband does. Sigh. The good news is that as I was throwing away the bottle just now there was about 1.5 oz left and no sediment. I have poured into a glass to try later today and check on its evolution.
