July 17, 2022 - Rhone 2022; 7/11/2022-7/17/2022 (Rhone): Hint of smoke, ripe black fruit, gamey. Pencil lead. Beautiful nose. Herbal and medicinal in the mouth, violets too perhaps. Powerful in the mouth, drying tannins. Really excellent. Needs at least 5 years to settle down.
