December 15, 2022 - 15122022 - our wild Empurau fish dinner at Tang Room. My white bottle of the night. The heaviest of all whites tonight. Did not really enjoy it on initial pop - picked up burnt rubber? However, improved towards latter part of the night and much more approachable the next night. This need time. Note to approach this in 5 years time. Wine has food structure, stone fruit and good depth of minerality.

Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.
