The wine shows medium intensity in palate, medium body, there is definately a bitter note here, leather, spicy, overripe stone fruit, oxidative notes, mandarin jam, orange peel, bergamot, ginger/turmeric/honey flavoured medium finish
Very geeky and far better than the 2012 I had some time ago

The wine is very fresh, still with some SO2 spikes, flint, fresh citrus notes, leaves, quince, spicy, white pepper, bergtamot, orange peel.
The wine shows really dense palate, ripe citrus fruit, again reductive, high acidity, long finish
Really tight and austere as it is, needs decanting if you "have" to drink it now

The wine shows fragrance, pot pouri, red cherries, red currants, a touch earthy, a few rubbery notes. Palate showing the same fruit, ripe cherries and currants, medium body, high acidity, warm, drying tannins, long finish.
Very aggressive at this point, highly undrinkable with food

The wine shows depth, pot pouri, floral notes, fresh red cherries, red currants, asphalt, olive, black fruit, chocolate and coffee.
Palate showing the same profile, ripe red and black fruit, medium body, loads of tannins but not as drying as the Barbaresco tasted before, caramel, chocolate and coffee, hazelnut, pastry, scorching alcohol heat (14.50%), long finish. Way too young
