May 28, 2023 - Ever so slightly oxidative. Fine and poised but with good richness through the middle. Plenty of toffee apple depth with just a hint of passion fruit and a clean, mineral finish. Substantial, well made and certainly one to follow over the next decade.

March 5, 2023 - Nice champagne, but only got to taste this from a little French bistro glass, not a larger glass I’m used to. Dry appley chard, not brioche or oxidative style. A bit lacking in complexity but enjoyable.
