March 17, 2024 - Red cherry, red date, black tea, red roses, cloves, intriguing minty notes. Medium plus flavour intensity, medium plus finish. Decanted for 3 hrs but still quite tight on the palate. The acidity gives the wine enough tension and ageing capability. Balanced and intriguing. Love it!

March 7, 2024 - Beautiful bouquet of spices, dried rose petals and fresh red fruits. On the palate, darker fruits like plums and blueberries emerge. The whole package is surrounded by sturdy get well integrated tannins. Menthol and savory earthiness bring this in for a long, pleasurable finish.

February 23, 2024 - Tasted at Tre Bicchieri NYC. This wine was quite closed and I suspect the bottle I tasted from was just opened. Was it shut down? Perhaps. High tannin and high acid. Classic. Roses, cherry, minerals long finish. Needs cellaring and better aeration. 94++…in time perhaps high 90’s.
