October 6, 2023 - Beautiful deep color, bright acidity, strawberries and red fruits, medium alcohol with a medium(+) finish. Enjoyable, versitile wine.

June 2, 2023 - Deep pink in the glass, nose of red fruits, strawberry, cherry, ripe fleshy nectarines, blood orange, watermelon jolly rancher, red licorice, medium acidity, medium + body, long finish. Fantastic QPR yummy.

July 30, 2022 - The nose stands out and is full of strawberry, rhubarb, and red fruits.
The nose is big and makes me excited for the palate.
The palate is not as big as the nose but this is a delicious and balanced wine.
The acidity is nicely balanced with the red fruits and rhubarb.
The finish is about 6 seconds.
This is definitely a unique wine and it could be polarizing.
If you have never had a Tavel AOC - starting here for the first time will not be a bad choice.

June 18, 2022 - Beautiful rose Tavel color, very typical of others I’ve had. Pretty nose of cherry, peach, citrus, somewhat diminished now on second night it’s open. Strawberry, nectarine on palate. Delicious food wine (ratatouille both nights), great value, and good memory of Musée des Vins visit at their location in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

May 26, 2022 - Eðalklúbburinn rúllar um Rónardalinn.; 5/23/2022-5/27/2022 (10 vínhús og ein súkkulaðigerð heimsótt í norður og suður Rónardalnum.): Loksins fékk ég tækifæri á að smakka Tavel rósavín. 50% grenache og 50% syrah. Af þessu víni var ekki mikill ilmur. En þó voru þarna rifsber, jarðarber og svo smjör! Í munni: Fín sýra, rifsber, jarðarber. Létt og ferskt. Fín bygging. Flott rósavín.
