January 27, 2024 - Nez très expressif sur la crème au citron, la pomme fraiche, brioche et quelques notes de lavande et de dosage
Bouche expressive, l’attaque est vive, beaucoup d’agrumes, de fruit blancs, de pommes et une touche de zestes d’agrumes
Finale un peu dosée et bien puissante sur les fruit et les amers
Belle découverte, mais pour le prix c’est loin du rqp ! 91 pts -

January 23, 2024 - This is quite fruit forward, even showing some ripeness, but enough structure to held in check on the finish. Very good now, but no idea about aging considering how delicious it drinks now.

December 9, 2023 - This needs lot of air right now. Showed good medium plus acidic freshness over a few hours on the first night, but it was very reductive, almost no fruit expression and not really worth drinking. With a little more than half the bottle saved, it showed very well the 2nd night. Mixed apple and mild citrus, its fresh fruit was singing, with a bit of an extra dimension owing to its grippy extract, balance, and vibrancy.

October 26, 2023 - 5 X 5 X 5 -- Brut Nature (Astrid's House): Disgorged March 2022. No dosage. Man, this wine was killin' it. Crushed rock nose. Sour apple, touch oily, with pear and sour apple pie filling. Lemon peel and slate in the finish. Overall, this seems like the complete package kind of wine to me, complex and concentrated, with everything in place. Excellent.
