  March 2, 2009 - "Snowed In" in Maine (slave2thevine's house): Showing a golden yellow in the glass that reminds me of the glint off a gold ring in the sunlight. On the nose there are scents of pear, lemon, floral notes, and a light hint of vanilla. In the mouth there are flavors of pears, caramel, granny smith apples and a light hint of vanilla at the tail end of the finish. Not as complex as I had hoped...perhaps too early for this.
