January 20, 2024 - Oregon Trip-Day 2 (Here and there, Willamette Valley): Light ruby. Wintergreen. Light, earthy dull red and blue fruit. Touch of cola, gentle tannins. Good entry level Pinot.

December 16, 2023 - PnP. Last tasted in June 2023. Six months of bottle age has brought this together a lot more. Dark cherry and berry, loamy earth, spice. Medium body, medium acidity, still has some woody tannins in the finish, but it seems more integrated than it did six months ago. I still think this has the structure to age well for several years, so there's no rush to drink it up. But I love the youthful, full fruit. I still think I'll like this better in 3-5 years, but it drinks really well now.

December 2, 2023 - With Will
Loamy soil notes, red and forest berry fruit on the nose. Mid weighted with a sense of honesty with textural stem notes. Lovely mix of soil, fruit and savory. Some spice on the he back end. This is beautiful pinot noir fruit without artifice. Outstanding1 person found this helpful Comment -

November 5, 2023 - Very impressed with this offering, particularly at the $28 price. At a listed 13.0% ABV, this is light on its feet and, showing the vintage, nonetheless shows a surprisingly high intensity of flavor. Herbal, loamy red fruit is backed by a slightly drying acid and maybe some tannins. I’d guess there’s some stems in this.
This is apparently almost entirely Eola-Amity Hills fruit, and it has some of the characteristics of other producers in the area that I like, such as Evesham Wood and Walter Scott. It also reminds me of Goodfellow in its structure and light touch. Really enjoyed it.1 person found this helpful Comments (3)
