March 8, 2023 - Solera HoReCa sortimentsprovning (Operaterassen, Stockholm): (100% Pinot Noir from old vines in La Forét planted in 1974, 3 408 bottles made)
Lovely intense pink, almost light red, colour with a nose showing raspberry, minerals and a ginger and pepper touch as well in a pleasant way. Palate showing some cherry stone tannins and with a fruitful mid and finish in a very refreshing and pleasant way. Very balanced and shows a more vinous finish matching food perfectly.
