December 15, 2023 - A great wine to go with sushi - sheer laser like intensity helps to cut through the oiliness of the fish.
Green-yellow, a somewhat of a restrained bouquet that has a blend of minerals, white flowers and lime. A wonderful linear body that is so beautifully sculpted, precise and it speaks with a clarity that only a great riesling can do. Very long finish and persistent.
Drink now to 10+ years. A grand cru of riesling!
