December 11, 2023 - PnP, screw cap, 12% Alc., yellow color.
Palate: Simple, reminds me of apple cider vinegar with sweetness in the background. Possibly harvested too early and/or artificial acidified. Not the quality and taste that I normally get from this winery at their entry-level. -
