May 23, 2022 - Eðalklúbburinn rúllar um Rónardalinn.; 5/23/2022-5/27/2022 (10 vínhús og ein súkkulaðigerð heimsótt í norður og suður Rónardalnum.): Nú kom Pierre með tvær gamlar flöskur frá St. Pierre. Sú fyrri, 2006 var úr flösku sem hafði verið opnuð áður. Mjög flottur ilmur í virkilega góðu jafnvægi. Mjög mikil mýkt á tungu. Þroskað. Lítill ávöxtur en engir öldrunartónar. Þægilegt vín.

November 6, 2017 - Initially still marked by the heavy oaking, but it gets better and better in the glass; the last glass is quite a full blown Syrah, very elegant, smooth, modern, but with a fine local personality. Drinks well, but no hurry whatsoever.

August 13, 2017 - PNP at cellar temperature, lovely length and acidity, very nice wine, drinking well now but no rush

November 14, 2016 - medium garnet, but still shining like young, some deposits in bottom. fresh nose, fruity and spicy, a little earth and oak, all balanced, super smooth texture, very elegant. moderate spices flavour lasting very long, a wonderful St Joseph! nearly at peak, still have potential, until 2019 I rekon. WS 91, ST 87, JR 16.5

    Ap 5/5, Ar 13/15, Palate 18/20, Overall 4+4/10
    Total 94/100
