March 15, 2024 - Walinauten Zoom Tasting with Titerok-Akalet (Home): Very pale coper, rose gold color coming from a few days of skin contact.
The bouquet had pears and red apples, with time some rhubarb come along and a touch lemon. Definitely phenolic with a nice sea breeze at the end.
Interesting wine, but a little rough around the edges. Hard to tell, how this will age, but I would guess it has a few years of positive development ahead. -

October 6, 2023 - Sehr interessanter Wein, sehr helles Lachs-Gelb, Rhabarber, sehr viel Salz, Sherry, Walnussschale. Sehr lang und besonders.
