January 7, 2024 - First time for me with this producer.
Fresh pear, apricot peach pit, esters, and some taffy on the nose, Midweighted, toothsome, and intense yet carried with a great sense of balance and freshness with some textural skin contact chewiness. Floral and fresh on the palate with excellent acid balance. Some fresh cut grass. A delightful mix of savory, fruit, florals and freshness. Playful, yet serious. Lovely contrasts. Outstainding.
