January 16, 2012 - Dark red. Ripe sweet cassis and cherry fruit along with something a bit herbal. Nice round red fruit flavours and just the right amount of tannins and acid in the finish.

January 13, 2012 - Bill's Monthly Lunch - January 2012 (Vancouver, BC): Tasted blind – Dark red in colour. After the pair of 94s this probably seemed younger than it actually was with a sweeter nose that offered dark fruits and hints of well-integrated oak. Richer red fruit on the palate with a well-balanced mouthfeel. I thought this might be left bank Bordeaux. Drinks well now. Very good.

November 1, 2009 - Anders and Camilla visit (Walthamstow, innit?): Rather good. Some greenness, but more new world menthol than usual underripeness. Sophisticated and full but not heavy. Less of the obvious tobacco/cigar box-iness that can be tiresome. Very good for the year.
