March 8, 2024 - White pepper, lemon juice, cinnamon, all spice and blood orange on nose. Smells bitter in a good way, with a medium + intensity of aromas. Fruit is riper on the palate - some ripe melon and ripe white peach - but the stemmy bitterness remains and cuts through all the ripe fruit. Green bell pepper toward the finish and still a lot of blood orange. Medium + intensity of aromas.
Frizzante with a medium body and medium acid. Not the most complex thing in the world; but great as an easy sipper. Drink now, ot going to benefit from further aging.
