April 4, 2022 - Incredibly delicious, well-preserved, though not a typical BA viscosity.Nicley higher in acid with a corps more reminiscent of an olde Rheinghau auslese. Deep cognac/apricot dark color, a nose full of burnt tropical fruit—mostly orange, pineapple, smoke— and a lovely balanced taste of burnt apricot, orange, comquat, a hint of fusel, fused tropical flowers , and a lasting, almost dry finish. Definitely drink up.

May 17, 2014 - HDH Burgundy Auction (TRU): Concentrated notes of pineapple, apricots and toasted nuts on the lush palate, with some residual sugar that is well balanced on the finish; Really fascinating and delicious

January 6, 2012 - Incredible amber brown color. On the nose, there's a fresh and earthy smell of pine pitch. On the palate, this is straight up grilled pineapple and peaches. Not much more life ahead of it.
