December 25, 2023 - Very smooth and pleasant for the age. Probably at its peak. A one hour decant.

October 1, 2021 - 1.45 hour decant. Mint, warm cherry and hint of pipe tobacco on the nose. Boysenberry (fruit bottom yoghurt from the 70’s) plum and black fruit with medium to fine tannins in the mouth. Drinking nicely, will try a 1 hour decant next time.

July 7, 2018 - Intensive Aromen von Kirschfrucht, dunklen Beeren, Bitterschokolade, Graphit, Tabak. Am Gaumen immer noch schöne primäre Fruchtnoten, runder, grimmiger Wein; einzig das etwas stumpfe und zehrende Tannin stört den Gesamteindruck. Gute Länge. Man kann noch warten.
