September 5, 2020 - My last of these. Delicious as always. So vibrant and alive, nothing faded. A great example of an aged white bordeaux.

June 9, 2020 - Similar to previous notes, this is quite delicious and inviting. You can sense the age but more because of so many secondary and tertiary flavors are present, not because it's faded or anything is awry. There's a delicate sweetness, framed with a saline backbone, minerality, marmelade and orange peel. Very charming by itself. 93+pts.

December 11, 2019 - Monthly Tasting Group HWS #144; Bordeaux - Pessac-Léognan (By me): Complex, somewhat stinky flint stone bouquet as well as some toast. On the palate the same impressions, beautiful oak and vanilla. Beautiful acidity and soft bitterness.

October 3, 2019 - Delicious as always - lovely acidity, citrus fruit and some aged saline quality. Quite the treat with my halibut meal.

September 14, 2019 - Inspired by the great reviews of this wine lately, and they're spot on. Rich, golden straw color. Nicely unctuous body with great yellow fruit, some pithy bitterness and nut, a bit of spice, and plenty of freshness. In a nice place right now. Paired exceptionally well with sausage and broccoli raab.
