March 22, 2017 - Bokrelease 'Champagne, vinet och odlarna' (Akademibokhandeln, Stockholm): (Disgorged in 2016, base year 2010, 100% Chardonnay, Dosage 10 gr/L, from magnum bottle) Light yellow colour with a nose showing a dash of rubber, almonds, minerals and a hint of herbs. Palate show a youthfulness but with smooth acidity and a round mineral driven finish. Very well integrated dosage in this cuvée, but other than that this assemblage is dominated by its softer palate and nothing that wakes my interest.
