November 29, 2023 - Beautiful nose with red fruit, stems, dried flowers, perfume and earth. Palate was everything you want in an aged Dujac with stemmy red fruit sweetness. Palate was ethereal and lively with moderate plus length, and notably complex throughout the evolution.

October 7, 2021 - Initially a bit musky at open. It has developed spice, strawberry fruit, earth, iron and wild flowers with air on both the nose and palate. Especially the palate, the sweetness is so precise which carries good weight and length. Classic Dujac in that era. 93-94

January 31, 2020 - La Festa del Barolo Gala Dinner (The Pool in NYC): Yep, a Burgundy. At a Barolo dinner. Fun to change it up sometimes and interesting because I think there are a lot of similarities between the two regions. There was a certain iron ore minerality here which I think is similar to a flavor you find in the Monvigliero as well. Nice and elegant. Drinking well and a fun comparison point.

September 16, 2017 - Wines Tasted at HDH Auction; 9/15/2017-9/16/2017 (Tru Restaurant - Chicago IL): Double blind in Combottes flight. Great red cherry, berry aromas w8th whole cluster spice and dried roses. Great nose, similar flavors, just slightly less exciting. Good+ weight, slightly abrupt finish. Most others liked this most in the flight, I preferred Dujac 93.

December 8, 2015 - Dujac Offline (Zazie's, San Francisco): Clear pale ruby; aromatic nose with intense red fruit, cherry, strawberry, brambles; palate is light bodied, high acid, well integrated tannins, quite masculine with good character; medium finish. Excellent. 93
After a bit of air, the nose on this is profound with the perfect balance of fruit and stems. 95
