March 19, 2012 - Light yellow colour. Nose offers up pear, peach, white flowers and pepper. Delicios fruit on palate with great mineral acidity, mouth filling, long.

July 24, 2011 - Nose offers up white stone fruit, nasturcian's, mineral/wetstone/soil. Palate much more intense than bottle 11 monts ago. Again lovely fruit but today an intense core of mineral acidity. Mouthfilling and very dry. Long finish. Re-try 2 years.

September 28, 2010 - Lovely light golden colour with nice gothic arches. Nose offers up citrus, hazelnuts, stone. Ripe white fruit on palate, very elegant and easy to drink now. Lacks a true clear acid core to give more structure and bone. long clean finish. VVG but ? Grand Cru.

November 15, 2008 - Fête des Grands Vins de Bourgogne 2008 (in progress) (Palais des Congres de Beaune): Lots of butter on the nose. The nose has a more direct appeal today then the Bonneau du Martray, but at the same time is less complex. Probably not the same potential for aging. On the palate there is not the same elegance and precision as the BdM. It also feels a bit thin in comparison. Does not show its class until the aftertaste, which is long and powerful.
