January 1, 2014 - Notes of mango and lichee fruit on the nose. Smooth mouth feel with nicely balanced acidity and fruit which is mostly citrus Modest length finish.

Quite astringent at first, with some airtime opened up with toast, minerals, quite acidic. I was not so impressed with this, perhaps it needs some more age?

taste: medium+ acidity with tones of lemon zest, gunflint, crushed rocks and slate
overall: a really good mineral based chablis. Needs a bit of time to unwind, but should be a really nice chablis in a few years
