Community Tasting Notes 3

January 1, 2014 - Notes of mango and lichee fruit on the nose. Smooth mouth feel with nicely balanced acidity and fruit which is mostly citrus Modest length finish.

October 13, 2012 - ChTR vuosikokous 13.10.2012 (Ravintola Viinille ja Ravintola Pohja): Had with the entrée of smoked salmon, shrimp cocktail and fish mousse. Quite astringent at first, with some airtime opened up with toast, minerals, quite acidic. I was not so impressed with this, perhaps it needs some more age?

January 26, 2009 - Glunz Wines Winter Portfolio tasting (union league club, chicago IL): nose: pretty tight nose with gunflint, crushed rocks, slate, and some light citrus tones. Good depth though this isn't giving up much aromatically

taste: medium+ acidity with tones of lemon zest, gunflint, crushed rocks and slate

overall: a really good mineral based chablis. Needs a bit of time to unwind, but should be a really nice chablis in a few years
