December 22, 2020 - My second bottle of this vintage, eleven months after the first and its just as fresh and unflawed as the prior bottle. Smells like a bush fire but tastes like cherry candy. This is delicious, light bodied - very good for the $34 I paid for it.

January 20, 2020 - Quite brown at the edges, I was delighted to be opening a 2007 bottle with a screwtop, having been burned by too many dried out corks last year. Floral on the nose, this has sour cherry fruit with smoky notes and attypically feminine for a Barossa shiraz blend, light, delicious, with a long finish. Very nice.

December 16, 2016 - The wine is more delicate than may be expected for a Australian wine from the Barossa Valley. Raspberry, sweet cherry, rose, and a hint of fresh pine. Well balanced and nice with pork. Great QPR.

May 3, 2015 - Red core. Raspberry and red plum nose. Well balanced palate with some sweet floral notes that complemented the plum, raspberry, and cherry quite well. The wine is very well balanced with some acidity left in the middle and extending into the finish. It has a little weight to it, but is dexterous and lithe at the beginning. Well made and enjoyable. Has a couple years of good drinking left.

February 6, 2015 - Syrahs: A little bit hot on the nose. Quite fruit forward.
