December 24, 2011 - Very lovely wine at this point. Served it with stir fried lobster, chard, baby bok choy & leeks with a light Thai curry/pepper sauce. The power of this wine danced with the spicy lobster and vege's. Wish I could do this again soon!

May 19, 2011 - Third Thursday Group does Chablis - May 2011 (Willamette Wine Storage, Portland OR): The nose here distinctly reminds me of butterscotch, lemon peels, and soda water. Some slow lemonade flavors roll onto the palate backed by oak driven hazelnut notes. The acidity lingers long, and the lemons stick around through the experience. Some faint butterscotch hides in the background, and a bit of oak wood appears as well.
