  January 3, 2018 - Monthly Tasting Group EEE #066: Educational blind tasting (@ My place): Full bodied, some pleasant petrol in the bouquet as well as on the palate and also good freshness. On the palate also tropical fruits like mango and pineapple. Full bodied wine with a good length. Ready now and the next few years.

  March 25, 2016 - This wine is drinking really well. Classic Van Volxem style: Peach, honey and lemon oil. Good minerality and acidity. Nose got much better after 1/2h in the glass. Made great pair to red snapper finished on cappers and butter sauce.

  January 31, 2015 - Rieslingfeier 2015 Main Event (The Wythe Hotel, Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY): Nose is brothy and smokey with peach pit. Big and burly on the palate - broth, peach pit. Tart finish. Nose - 4.5/6, Palate - 4.5/6, Finish - 4.5/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1/2 = 14.5/20.

  November 6, 2013 - next bottle of this fine stuff, mineralic nose, some peaches too, light fine concentrated elegance, like the last bottle tasting dry now, very tasty with Novemberfood like cabbage, long finish, very good bottle indeed, 88-90?
