March 21, 2024 - Very effervescent, a nose of brioche and minerality. Green apple is predominant on the palate initially. After about 30 minutes, the green apple notes diminish and are replaced by stone fruit flavors. Clean and crisp throughout. A nice champagne, but I expected more nuance and mineralogy for the price.
BTW, the info at the myorigins website of Billecart is very helpful and interesting. -
