April 14, 2023 - Expressive deep nose with smoke, spices and black olives. Rich and full bodied with blackberry, really exiting combination of sweet fruit and dryness, with a long finish.
I had this at release where it was exceptional, but it did not turn out that way 2 years ago. Today this is really special and quite wild. -

August 26, 2021 - Blackberry and olive tapenade on the nose. Sweet red fruit, spices on the super exiting and balanced palate ending in a long complex finish with tannins where the red fruit kicks in again. Clearly outstanding and classic Hermitage. This is in its drinking window.

April 10, 2010 - Importer tasting (@ RdG): Very full bodied and concentrated, but also elegant. Loaded with soft ripe fruits and firm but soft good tannin. This is something special. The price is as well. Can last many years. 93+
