December 2, 2014 - Medium to full body, dark garnet red color, intensively aromatic, ripe forest fruits, black pepper, spices and cedar wood aroma, black currant, pepper, spices and mineral notes on the palate, juicy on extra-long finish, deep structure, bold and rich, very juicy, complex and balanced, good acidity, sweet and ripe tannins. Well with white fungus soup. Serve to 18º - 22º. Open one hour in advance. Drink now and next four years.

January 3, 2013 - Drunk during dinner, after a Flam C.S. Reserve 2006. Excellent. Complex and elegant. Red fruits, dust, earthy aromas. Good harmony, medium bodied, good balance between all components.

July 31, 2012 - Very powerfull, plum, marmelade, full power on the second day as well. A little bit lack of complexity. No second flavours. Interesting to see how this wine devellops with 2-3 years on the bottle.
