June 10, 2018 - This is absolutely delightful tonight with lots of rich, penetrating, earthy red fruit, sous bois, Asian spice undertones and some subtle floral notes. The tannins on the long finish are abit on the chalky side. All in all, quite nice, but, sadly, my last bottle.

July 8, 2017 - This is really excellent tonight with rich, penetrating red fruit, lots of earth and sous bois, and Asian spice notes in the background. The tannins on the long finish are still abit firm and chalky. All-in-all, quite delightful and drinking beautifully after just abit of air.

February 15, 2017 - French wines and French food (Bar Marta): Nose: The nose is pretty, red-fruited, and a little bit understated with red cherries, strawberries, roses, tobacco, a touch of balsamico, and red berries.

Taste: Medium bodied with medium+ acidity and medium+ tannins. The structure is still youthful, but it isn't overbearing. The feel has an understated and nuanced quality to it along with red berries, red cherries, roses, earth notes, and strawberries.

Overall: This felt like it was a bit shy and didn't want to fully reveal itself. The fruit is pure and balanced, but it is lacking a little bit of depth that would really make it.

December 30, 2015 - This is really delightful tonight with bright, fairly forward, youthful feeling red fruit, spice and plenty of earthy undertones with very good depth and concentration. Drinking beautifully with a couple of hours of air.

December 27, 2014 - Very nice. This bottle is abit on the rustic side tonight but was drinking well after a couple of hours of double decanting.
