February 9, 2020 - Translucent brick red in color. A nice aroma of cherries and sharp spices. The fruit pushes more to the cherry side, but with strong strawberry notes and a bit of spice. Beautiful acidity and balance. Moderately long finish, spicy and earthy. Could hold at this level for another 2 years. 13.1% ABV.
