January 1, 2019 - Still holding up quite well!

March 9, 2016 - Monthly Tasting Group HWS #107; Oregon and Washington (By MO): In the bouquet some brioche, slightly oxidized apple and some lemon. On the palate ripe yellow fruits like pineapples, mild but good acidity, grapefruit, some butter and a touch of sweetness. A mature wine and still beautiful. 88 – 89.

December 25, 2012 - Always a really nice bottle of bubbly. It needed some time to open up and got better as we spent all Christmas afternoon consuming it.
Straw color, granny smith apple nose and taste, with touch of straw. Great depth and complexity, better than medium finish. Great buy in any vintage.
While it is a Brut, is not overly dry or austere, but definitely a Brut.

July 14, 2012 - What an excellent wine. Light straw color with a medium to coarse bead. Strong yeast, apple, and mushroom aromas.
Medium bodied, with similar flavors and minerality. A repurchase for sure.
