December 12, 2020 - (Probably from the early 1990s, 100% Chardonnay)
Golden yellow colour with a lovely maturing nose showing butterscotch, lime flowers and a nuttiness that makes perfection. Palate has a lovely lime citrus acidity combined with a nuttiness and a lengthy balanced finish showing red apples and a touch of acacia honey sweetness. The intensity is so delicious and shows what Cote de Blanc champagne is all about. -

September 20, 2020 - Beautiful BdB with creamy mousse and onctuous mouthfeel. Lemon meringue with a bit of chalk. Can’t find at my local store anymore, that’s a shame...

November 12, 2018 - A lovely surprise, Blanc de Blancs, 5 g dosage, with a fine mousse and delicacy of flavor. Slightly toasty with lemon zest. Worth aging a couple more years.
