March 28, 2013 - Heavy juice, raisin flavors, slightly cloying.

November 25, 2012 - Concentrated, tannic, and young at this point. Powerful fruit that quickly yields to a vegetable aftertaste, it gets better with at least half an hour of breathing time, but still seems tight. Hold on to it, it will most likely get better with a bit more age.

September 27, 2010 - Mature and integrated. Slightly reminiscent of Tommasi Amarone, but fresher and more vivid. Great parining with the cheese dish (Provolone, Taleggio, Appenzeller, Manchego)

May 15, 2010 - Dark with quite some sedimentation. Packed with dark fruits & berries, sweet tobacco and liqorice. Very Amarone-like but I would have wished for something with a bit more acidity considering the "fatty" food. Will test the next bottle with salter dryer condiments which I think will be a better match.
