June 25, 2023 - This had a slight bit of secondary fermentation. Still, it was quite nice (on day one, not so much on day two). No notes.

February 11, 2022 - Drank with friends at Tam-O-Shanter in Hollywood over 2 hours. Dark ruby. Nice earth with black raspberries spiced with mint on the nose. The fruit wasn't the star early, but came out a bit more as the night progressed. Medium bodied and very nice mouthfeel with a nice acidity which became more and more integrated as the night went on. Sour cherry, black raspberry, and damp leaves came through with silky tannins. Had this alongside the 06' Volnay Les Chevrets by Henri Boillot, and this was everyone's favorite of the two, with noticeably less oak influence and a lighter/fresher vibe.

August 7, 2021 - Lovely nose of earth, mint, spices and pretty red fruits. Quite high-toned. Mid-weight on the palate, acidity noticeable but not too intrusive. Nice grippy finish with moderate length. Delicious, and totally a point.

    May 22, 2021 - Tasted over 3hrs
    -med dark red minimal clearing
-fragrant black raspberry cherry with a vinyl note of maturity
-med acidity, med weight fairly broad yet faded ripe black cherry balanced by a linear earthiness, med- tannins
-very nice, in a lovely zone now with no hurry

December 19, 2020 - I keep opening this too early , very cherry on nose and colour but still needs to open u, thus the plus sign, as it may be better when it softens.
