May 28, 2021 - Friday Night Brown Bagger (R&R's): Blind. Dark crimson color. Opens with a nice herbal quality over dark fruit, adding mint and licorice notes as it sits in the glass. Black fruit dominates the palate, with just the slightest bit of tannin holding the fruit. Finishes with good length.
This had been double decanted off its sediment about three hours before the flight was poured. -

September 11, 2018 - I was really surprised, this was still drinking well. Since I remember the old Freemark abby, we held on to the bottle.
