March 20, 2014 - Golden yellow, vigorous carbonation. Suggestion of lime in the nose. In the mouth, quite dry and bracing, fairly acidic. Lime and light biscuit flavor. Finish fairly long with citrus rind and grass notes. Fun pairing with fish and chips.

October 23, 2011 - Degustación de Cavas Valencia (La Marcelina): I'm biased but this is what Cava is all about. Bone dry but very complex, long, perfumed. Tell-tale petroleum on the nose. Great value.

June 26, 2011 - I liked this better today. Light gold. Nose of yeast, subtle white fruit, and flowers. Medium palate of pear, apple , and faint bread. Good length. Racy acidity. Tasty QPR sparkler.
May 14, 2011 - Light, light gold. Nose of yeast, pear and menthol. Dry crisp palate of pear and citrus. Mid-palate dies off pretty fast. Minimal finish. Pleasant acidity. Decent QPR Cava.
