April 8, 2022 - PNP consumed over a 2 hour dinner. Ruby red. Spice, sandalwood and cherry on the very aromatic nose, very stemmy and just lovely. The palate is medium weight, showing austere cherry fruit, savory elements and some drying tension coupled to a moderately clenched finish. Better nose than palate, lacks that soft satiny texture of the best burgs.

October 30, 2021 - Pretty floral nose with earth and a touch of stalks.
Elegant on the palate with nice black fruit and dusty tannins. Nice and fresh on the finish.
Dujac underperformed in 07 and this is by no means great but very enjoyable.

June 6, 2021 - Super enticing aromas that are loaded with mature black cherry, stem, spice and earth. Palate is fleshy and rich. At peak.

March 4, 2021 - Chambolle Northside 1er (Zoom / Chicago): 06/07/08 flight. Full nose is more intensely stem-filled with exotic spice and smoke notes adding appeal. Round and ripe fruit that is starting to crack and not as lively as the 06 or the 08. I enjoyed this more than others though its now at peak and won't improve from here.

March 4, 2021 - Chambolle-Musigny "Northside" 1er Cru Tasting (Chicagoland IL): In Gruenchers flight. Very charming and enjoyable, but i think opening this hours in advance and splitting into smaller pours to taste in an hour+ hurt this lighter styled wine. Best when first tasted, slightly more drying n hour later.
