February 27, 2007 - Roediger Tasting - Riesling (Stellenbosch): Pale yellow and luminous, the wine shows some age with warm, ripe peach fruits and citrus. Quite rich on entry the wine lacks some acidity and feels flat in the mid-palate. Some overripe papaya and oily notes towards the finish that quickly falls away.
