    February 24, 2022 - Aged excellently well.
The taste is superb, medicinally oaky, layered palate.

July 18, 2021 - Burgundy White Pairing BYO Dinner (Burlamacco Ristorante): Deep gold and starbright. Clearly honeyed characters, dried apricots and pineapples, pepper and cinnamon, and cedar, and bit of hay. Quite some length and intensity. Interesting how such an old Chardonnay could still have relatively fresh flavours. Great!
