September 19, 2013 - Potomac Point Vineyard and Winery Visit (Stafford, VA): noteworthy for how light this is - almost airy and yet deep flavored. Dark cherry, especially on the back of the palate. Long finish. A light-bodied port-style wine. Who knew?

May 28, 2012 - poorly balanced, doesn't work as a dessert wine, a sweet wine, or a port

September 6, 2010 - Potomac Point Winery Harvest Tour (Potomac Point Winery, Stafford, VA): Lots of chocolate, dark cherries on the nose and palate. Well-made, but very thin compared to an actual Port.
