September 15, 2018 - Bourgogne 2007 tasting #4: resilient and elegant wine. Feminine nose with raspberry, cranberry, stones, minerals and a smoky touch, nature wine feeling.
Warm and rich mouthfeel, slightly jammy fruit, velvety tannins and medium acidity. Silky texture and nice structure, spicy finish. 95p.

May 26, 2017 - Lots of oak and violets on the nose. Palate is too oaky and one dimensional, but there is fruit sweetness to keep it interesting.

April 13, 2017 - Leiden just before Easter: Perfumed nose, took some time to blossom, a bit less expressive than the bottle I drank almost 2 years ago. Red fruit, plum, spice, lots of weight in mid-palate, long finish. Great Clos Vougeot, certainly since this is from 2007. Very fine.
