January 11, 2014 - some for the chili and drank the rest watching seattle / saints playoff game, nose was nice over all four hours -- rhubarb, roses, sandalwood, palate had medium body and good blend of fruit and tannic edge in first cpl hours, at hour four the tea was dominant and the fruit had largely faded so rating is for first couple hours
