July 21, 2017 - Pours out a fresh colour with green tinges. There's some smoky mineral reduction. It is laden with sappy white peach fruit. There's a touch of spice and plenty of minerality. The finish is precise and long. Very good.

October 29, 2016 - Wow! We pumped up the score to 93 (previously 92) for the last of our bottles. Dark, tarnished gold yellow. Robuchon mashed potato like butter aromas...wow!!! Honey, vanilla butter on the palate with pronounced minerilaty throughout the fairly long finish. Finish sipping 2016....or get ready for a very different sort of wine...not sure if good or bad, but very different. We like it now!

June 15, 2015 - Dark, tarnished gold yellow. Robuchon mashed potato like butter aromas...wow!!! Honey, vanilla butter on the palate with pronounced minerilaty throughout the fairly finish. Sipping very nicely now, but we think oxidisation kicking in soon. Finish sipping early 2016....or get ready for a very different sort of wine...good or bad, but very different.

August 29, 2013 - Nice straw hue. Nose of butter with fresh brioche and yeast. Mouth vivid, franc, on lemon and pine apple peal, and hay. Big acidity and minerality that new oak has difficulty to behave. Lacking finess because of youth, need two years more. Excellent Q/P ratio. 88-90

March 20, 2013 - Fleeting impressions from the Goedhuis tasting (Saatchi Gallery, London SW3): Fresher than the Morgeot. Nice.
