Based on the tastings my recommendation is: Drink it now. 2 of the bottles, including this had past it's best. It was ok, but oxidation definitely in processs. 90/100). The last bottle was Kistler Noiseteers 2016 (Richer than the Bourgogne bottles, which were more elegant. 90/100).

May 19, 2020 - Perfect, on the very top. High acidity, apricot, peach, lemon, honey, toast and butter. Classic rich but distinct and well defined 1.cru Bourgogne from P-M. I love it. No premox at all.

March 29, 2020 - This is in an absolutely great spot at the moment. The scents are straight hazelnuts, dried apricots and honey. Flavors are immense: apple pie, graham crackers, pineapples, rocks, still clean acid but a defined richness. This is what White Burgundy is about. Can it hold up more? I’d say the acid provides another 3-7 years, but it’s so good already.
