July 25, 2018 - Wine Dinner # 163 - 2007 Domaine Leroy (Urbane Restaurant, Brisbane): Tasted at the 2007 Leroy dinner. This wine was a delight with a clear dark cherry colour with a beautiful nose of dark cherries, wild strawberry, hung game, earth and a touch of allspice. The palate reflected the complexities of the nose but demonstrated real balance and lightness despite the richness of fruit. There was a touch of rose in the mix and lovely length and completeness on the finish. A great drink tonight !
