January 14, 2017 - A surprise and a pleasant one. Really good structure and darker than many other Chambolle wines but this in line with the development of other wines from the 2007 vintage. Red and darker berries dominate rather than light raspberries.
A lot of power but still refined.
Open and accessible and may develop tertiary flavours later but why not drink it now.
